Matthew Jones Cost & Procurement Director

Matt is responsible for the commercial delivery of the project. He provides a single point of accountability to the client and project manager. Matt leads the team responsible for the preparation of cost estimates, working closely with the quantity surveyor to ensure budget alignment to the project cost plan. Matt’s senior governance level ensures the best market pricing for the works, in line with the client design intent.
