With the newly launched MPA Academy we are delighted to present the opportunity for those who have recently graduated or are in their 3rd or 4th year of study at university to join the team at MPA.

MPA’s Graduate Cadetship provides a structured learning program over two years, designed to give you the essential foundations for a fulfilling career.

Cadets will rotate through our different divisions, receiving on-the-job training in Estimating, Project Coordination and Site Coordination. You will gain invaluable insight into various roles, projects and operational divisions, working across construction sites and within the office.
