DLA Piper Melbourne Office
Provided with a second opportunity to work with DLA Piper after completing their Perth fitout, we were engaged by DLA Piper as they relocated to one of Melbourne’s premium A-grade buildings.
Delivered over 21 weeks, the three level fitout features several standout elements including a high-end front of house reception and meeting area, cantilevered tenancy staircase and tiered seating.
The space also comprises of a barista café, high spec re-heat kitchen, feature lighting, seminar rooms, floor to ceiling glass windows, quiet rooms, collaboration spaces and boardrooms with intricate joinery and timber throughout.
Multiple indigenous art installations commissioned locally formed part of the fitout. Craft Victoria assisted with commissioning award-winning Melbourne based Gunditjmara and Torres Strait Islander artist Lisa Waup to design a bespoke feature table and wall relief in the new space.
Thorough procurement tracking and regular consultation with trades, provided program guarantee and the team’s overall experience of working in the building and previous work with the client, assisted in achieving a premium result.
