10 Barrack Street - Lobby and EoT

Having completed a fitout within the building, 10 Barrack Street, we were engaged to upgrade the building’s external facade, the lobby as well as to construct a new ‘end of trip’ space that included a bike storage facility.

These base building works created an ideal space that not only improved the functionality of common spaces, but transformed the tenant and visitor experience as well.

The lobby works included large, glazed façade panels reaching up to level two, feature acoustic ceiling panels as well as feature stone slabs to the lift core.

While the façade works were being constructed, ensuring safe access for existing tenants was critical. This was done by installing enclosed, wind proof Class-B hoarding.

The team’s detailed knowledge and experience of design and construct, as well as their sound understanding of the consultant’s detailed programming, meant that this multi-staged build was able to be delivered smoothly and on time.
