Located on Victoria Street McMahons Point, Endemol Shine Australia leased an adjoining property on Holt Street with the intention to connect the two buildings for flow through access.
Adding 2,500-plus sqm to the Sydney workplace to accommodate the production and postproduction businesses, as well as a new board room, Endemol appointed MPA as the construction partner. We were able to use our extensive experience gained from being engaged early on projects and apply it here with a focus on budget, quality and management of risks to deliver Endemol’s dream workplace.
With a collaborative solution-driven approach – where everyone from consultants to subcontractors had each other’s back throughout – a positive attitude was always maintained and meant there were a lot of happy faces and great relationships made through the process of bringing the project to life.
