Built by MPA and designed by Davenport Campbell, recently The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) moved into their new workplace overlooking the iconic Hyde Park in Sydney’s CBD.

Set across two floors, the space has four dedicated regions within the open-plan work floor, designed with functionality and collaboration top of mind. Incorporating world-class AV offerings within these fully accessible and transformational spaces will help support various projects and modes of working for every department.

There's an effortlessly elegant aesthetic throughout the space, which includes a fully functional content studio complete with a make-up station for creative production on-site, and the scrum space for maximum collaboration opportunities across all teams. The classic-style workplace with modern flexibility and function, reflects ELC’s exemplary global position and the strategic objectives of the business – leadership, digital transformation, performance, growth and workforce revolution.
