Ethos Urban
In collaboration with Davenport Campbell and DBS Consulting, we delivered the fitout for Ethos Urban’s new workplace at Salesforce Tower in Sydney.
The urban planning firm wanted to create a space that enhances the workplace experience and meets the changing needs of team members in a post-Covid world.
With a contemporary mix of materials, finishes and furniture, innovation and flexibility are visible at every twist and turn here. Making the most of double-height floorplate 4m high ceilings, the fitout features the integration of lush plants and green walls throughout and portal partitioning, reducing built-up space and creating sightlines throughout to encourage spontaneous collaborations within, and between teams.
Given the goal to create a place to thrive, collaborate and socialise, there are a mix of flexible spaces that can be set up in multiple modes. Zones include sit-to-stand stations, focus pods, meeting room pods, and retreat, social, breakout and workshop spaces.
The space also includes a “campfire” area in the middle of the floor with a drop-down projector, white boards either side, fold up tables, flexible to use as an event space or general collaborative space. It has become the hub or central collaborative zone for staff to gather and engage, designed to create a buzz in the middle of the office.
Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this stunning space to life. With thanks to our partners on this project, including ICON Project Management, Davenport Campbell, DBS Consulting, Steve Watson & Partners, Acor Consultants, Morris Goding Access Consultants, Warrington Fire, E-Lab.
