Holding Redlich - Melbourne

Following the successful delivery of the Sydney Holding Redlich project, we were appointed to deliver their Melbourne workplace, located in 500 Bourke Street.

Set across two floors with an interconnecting staircase and custom tram feature, we were engaged early to deliver the project on a lump sum basis. We know the importance of project certainty and delivering through a robust and proven methodology. And having delivered the Sydney workplace in Martin Place, we brought with us a wealth of knowledge and insights to deliver greater value.

Our relationship with Holding Redlich also meant we had a practical understanding and first-hand knowledge of the working rhythms and necessities of a law firm, offering solutions based on real-life experience and sharing valuable insights from the Sydney project, making our transition into the team seamless from the start.

With great relationships with all partners on this project from Acuity, Woods Bagot and Aston Consulting, as well as the landlord ISPT, our team members, together with Holding Redlich, worked collaboratively to share expertise, support each other, ensuring project goals were aligned, and focused on delivering quality and timely outcomes from day one.

Holding Redlich's values of collaboration and respect align with our values. Combine these with our credibility, passion and desire for excellence and together we were able to create a space that the Holding Redlich team, and their clients, are proud of and one where they get to live their memorable experience every day when they come to work.
