QBE Sydney

We were engaged by QBE as they amalgamated their two Sydney CBD offices into a new space within an A-grade building.

Spanning six floors, the fitout features a combination of client and work floor spaces, resulting in a contemporary and collaborative environment.

Standout features of the space include the sky signage, four level atrium void with column green wall and sweeping staircase with mesh cage.

Curves and floor to ceiling windows feature heavily throughout the floors. Supporting multiple working styles and with a focus on wellbeing, the multilevel fitout also incorporates multiple multi-function spaces, boardrooms, custom lighting, sophisticated tea points, commercial kitchen, breakout space, workstations and technology throughout.

Being an innovative and detailed project, sustainability was a key driver for the client. The team worked closely with key stakeholders to achieve a 5-star Green Star rating.

Working to a tight program, MPA’s previous experience in the building, working relationship with stakeholders and weekly 360 degree photo updates were essential in delivering a seamless project.
