The Bistro, Canterbury League Club

Continuing the relationship with Canterbury League Club, we were engaged to complete the ECI and construction phases of their fitout of The Bistro, located within the Club.

The project involved the demolition of the out-dated kitchen, replacing it with all new equipment and a new counter ordering service, replacing the old bistro tray service.

The project showcases standout features including the front of house bar with huge feature pendant lights, beautiful back bar joinery and lighting and special tile and metal finishes to the bar front.

The focal point of the refurbished dining area is the extravagant timer joinery ‘wagon wheel’ ceiling made from timber handrails.

The space also features custom designed Axminster carpet using the Bulldogs team colours, new furniture and custom joinery pieces.

The team also constructed brand new bathrooms with high-quality stone finishes, a kids area with play equipment and a parents chill out zone.

As the Club still needed a kitchen and dining area to operate on weekends, a temporary kitchen was constructed.

Every Friday afternoon the team ensured the area was cleaned and the space was set-up with tables for the weekend trade
