MPA were engaged by Clean Energy Finance Corporation to deliever the refurbishment and expansion of their existing office.

Clean Energy Finance Corporation - Melbourne

We were engaged by Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) to undertake a strip out and expansion of their existing office. The client’s main driver was to encourage their team back into the office, upgrade their facilities and inject personality and brand into the space. The new workplace was also required to be a showcase of what they represent.

The project, delivered over eight weeks, highlighted key design elements including curved entry way, double glazing with transom detail to the front of house meeting rooms, privacy pods and green and sustainable design with CEFC’s colours incorporated throughout.

The premium work environment also features front of house areas including a reception area, boardrooms and meeting rooms, as well as a back of house area with meeting rooms, quiet rooms, large kitchen and breakout space, tea prep point, production areas, comms room and workspace with sit-to-stand desks.

Technology was integrated throughout the fitout to enable flexibility, AV conferencing and work from home capabilities. Therefore, acoustics were key in reducing the noise transfer between meeting rooms, work areas and the breakout space. The MPA team were engaged early, enabling them to provide cost saving techniques which achieved the desired outcome whilst meeting the budget. The overall space is now an innovative, entrepreneurial, energising and collaborative environment for the team.
