Consumer goods business - Poly Centre

Located in the beautiful, new Poly Centre in Sydney’s CBD, we completed the fitout for a global consumer goods company.

Set across four floors, this is a leading example of today’s workplace with exemplary design, craftsmanship and high-end finishes, where the internal architectural forms nod to the building’s subtle curves to stunning effect.

With an exclusive members lounge complete with a lunch and cafe area, balcony, playroom, boardroom, and town hall facilities, it gives off the feel of Sydney hotspot, showing the transformation we’ve been on from the traditional to the modern mode of work.

Notable features include the freestanding structure with a dramatically peaking roofline that is the boardroom, and the interconnecting stair. Employing a whopping 40 tonnes of steel to reinforce and make way for the new stairs, they connect the social floor with three working floors below. This central stair features an integrated light wall made up of over 500 lights, creating a wave of dimmable lights which ripple through the height of the space.
