A leading global investment firm engaged us to expand their office to a whole floor in the iconic Gateway Tower at 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney.

With commitment, innovation, and teamwork at the heart of their company values, it was a key focus for the firm to maximise the space and move to a new way of working in an open office environment fostering collaboration, wellness, and efficiency.

The new space features natural materials of timber ceilings and wall panelling with natural-stone floors. The circular inset ceilings have been integrated with specialist lighting which softly separates the space into different zones.

Together with Bates Smart, Generate Property Group, DBS Consulting, we are proud to have delivered a high-performance project resulting in the achievement of a Gold Star LEED accreditation.

In addition to building the workplace, to ensure the working environment continues to function and reduces the risk of business disruption we also look after the service and maintenance to ensure the day-to-day workings of the space continues to function as new into the future.
